WorkToDegree is an independent admissions service for working professionals, with offices in Los Angeles, London and Tokyo. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us through worktodegree.com.

What we collect

When you request a Pathway Snapshot or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, country, years of experience, degree goals, field and role, and any training or certifications you describe. Our servers also record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To prepare your Pathway Snapshot and reply to you.
• To provide the services you choose, including shortlists, portfolio coaching and applications.
• To keep records of our work for you and meet our legal obligations.
• To protect the site from misuse.

We share your information with universities only when you ask us to apply on your behalf.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and deliver email, including Cloudflare for hosting and security and Resend for email delivery, and secure systems for managing client records. They process information on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and California law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and you can object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, use our contact form and we will reply within one month. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses only the essential technical storage it needs to work, with zero advertising cookies.
